tilkbook is the booking system from the team behind tilkai.com — the AI phone receptionist that answers missed calls for service businesses. We built tilkbook because the calls our AI handled needed somewhere to write the booking, and the existing options were either too simple (single-user scheduling links) or too heavy (full practice-management systems).

Why we’re building this

Most booking systems were designed before SMS reminders, before Stripe, and before voice AI. tilkbook starts from the assumption that all three are non-negotiable, and that service businesses deserve modern infrastructure without a six-figure annual contract.
